Compared to other power supply brands that I have unboxed in the past, Kiss Quiet is a relatively new brand, and after checking the information, I found that it is more relevant that it is distributed by Lite-On Technology, which is the same distributor that distributes brands such as NZXT/Jonsbo/FSP/Zhenhua, and so on.

The Silent G3 series comes in four wattages, 650W, 750W, 850W and 1050W, and in two colors, Pure White and Matt black, but for gamers who have the option of choosing the white color, of course they will choose the white color, after all, everyone will choose the better looking (lighter) color. After all, everyone will choose the better looking (lighter) color.

Kiss Quiet Silent G3 750W is listed in the official website as compliant with the latest Intel ATX 3.1 specification and passed the 80 PLUS Gold Certified conversion rate certification test, but I can only find the report of Kiss Quiet Silent G3 750W in 80 PLUS, and I haven't seen any information about Kiss Quiet Silent G3 750W in Intel's test list yet. There is no information about Kiss Quiet in Intel's test list.

The Kiss Quiet Silent G3 750W power supply is a common ATX power supply size, with a body size of 160 x 150 x 86 mm, which means that the length of the power supply is 16 cm, and with the basic space occupied by the fully-modular cables, the overall power compartment space will be around 18~19 cm for your reference.

This power supply uses a fully modular power cable interface. In addition to the white color design of the casing and the 140 mm fan, the fully modular cable and the related mounting slots are also white.

The Ø 140mm fan can be paired with the ECO button on the back to allow users to decide whether or not they want to turn on the fan shutdown function. Turning on the ECO function doesn't allow the fan to run until the 40% is loaded, which minimizes the noise level of the PC during standby or hang-up.

After removing the four small screws on the air intake side of the power supply, the power supply can be dismantled, but this operation will remove the warranty sticker and cause damage to the warranty, the author does not recommend that you dismantle the power supply by yourself, as the official website lists the use of Japanese capacitors inside the power supply.

The interior uses a whitened YateLoon 14025 D14SH-12 fan measuring 140x140x25 mm with a maximum speed of 2800 RPM and a maximum airflow of 140 CFM.

The Kiss Quiet Silent G3 750W comes with a 12+4 Pin 12V-2X6 graphics card power cable that allows consumers to use it with NVIDIA RTX 40 series graphics cards. The H++ on the power connector indicates that it is indeed a 12V-2X6 cable with a 600W power supply capacity and the length of the cable itself is about 65 cm. The length of the cable is about 65 cm.

What's special is that the mounting end of the graphics card is a 90-degree vertical header. Although this design has a small improvement in aesthetics, there are certain considerations for the 12+4 Pin setup of the graphics card itself. In the case of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Founders Edition 8GB graphics card I have in my hands, the 4-pin Sideband Signals connector is on the top, and the card slot is on the bottom.

The actual installation is that the cables cross over the top of the graphics card, and whether or not it looks good or if it's a good idea to run the cables through the whole thing depends on the chassis. In terms of slot orientation, GIGABYTE and MSI are the same as NVIDIA's Genesis Edition, which means that the cables cross over the top of the graphics card. Kiss Quiet Silent G3 750W Power Supply Pressure Test

This time, we used a barebones platform to test the Kiss Quiet Silent G3 750W power supply, Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Founders Edition 8GB graphics card to match the test, software using OCCT and AIDA64. The software uses OCCT and AIDA64 FPU + FurMark double grill to conduct two kinds of stress tests for gamers' reference, and HWiNFO 64 to view and record the values reported by the motherboard's environmental control chip, and there will be a deviation of 1~3% in the data using the software to monitor the data for reference only.

First, the OCCT was used to conduct a load stress test on both the processor and the graphics card. After a 15-minute stress test, the data was viewed through the Super I/O controller on the motherboard, which reported that the +12V was maintained at a maximum of 12.669V ~ minimum of 12.552V.

Next, AIDA64 FPU + FurMark, which is commonly used to test processor and graphics card stability and temperature, was used to conduct a high-load stress test by double-baking both software programs at the same time, while HWiNFO 64 was used to view the information provided by the motherboard loop chip and record the data.

After testing for an hour, the +12V is maintained at 12.288V max ~ 12.096V min, and the +5V is maintained at 5.06V max ~ 5.02V min.

Barebones Thermal Imager Thermal Dissipation Observation

The FLIR ONE PRO Thermal Imaging Camera was used to observe the temperature of the Kiss Quiet Silent G3 750W PSU cables during the burn-in test on the bare test bed for your reference.

∆ CPU power supply cable is 40.4 °C.

∆ The temperature of the 12V-2X6 cable during the test was about 38.8 °C. The temperature of the 12V-2X6 cable was about 10.5 °C.

∆ Maximum of about 32.3 °C at the power module connector.

The heat source point above the ∆ power supply is 45.2 °C.

Conclusion

The white version of the Kiss Quiet Silent G3 750W power supply is basically equipped with all the necessary specifications and does not lack the things required by the market nowadays, including full-module crimped cables, 11-year warranty, smart fan stop function, whitened appearance, 80 PLUS Gold Conversion Rate certification, cable management comb, 12V-2X6 power supply interface and so on.

The overall expandability basically meets the needs of mainstream budget consumers, including dual 8-Pin power supplies for CPUs, which are required by mainstream motherboards, as well as two PCIE 6+2 Pin power supplies for graphics cards and 600W 12V-2X6 power cables, which can satisfy the needs of both old and new generations of graphics card power supplies.

The all-white exterior design carries all the points, and with the embossed cables and transparent cable comb, there is basically nothing to pick on, even for the all-white installers who are very particular about their appearance.

 

Kiss Quiet brand itself is a relatively new company, as for the brand after-sales and whether the product is worthy of consumer and market trust has to rely on time to prove, but is there any better place for this product? The author thinks that the certification test can be increased more and updated, with the current ATX 3.0 / 3.1 power supply commonly sent certificates: Cybenetics and 80 PLUS and the new PPLP (PSU Performance Level Plan), Kiss Quiet Silent G3 750W only has 80 PLUS certification and Cybenetics, and the author only has 80 PLUS and Cybenetics, and the author only has 80 PLUS and Cybenetics. Cybenetics, and the test report I found on the 80 PLUS official website is from 10/5/2011, so I suggest Kiss Quiet to update the ATX 3.1 version of the test report for consumers to have more peace of mind.

In addition to the conversion rate and noise certificates, the author is also accustomed to checking the Intel ATX 3.0 / ATX 3.1 list to see if the power supply has been sent for testing, and so far, it seems that Kiss Quie has not been sent for testing, so I would suggest that Kiss Quie can be more proactive in updating these certificates, so that the consumers can feel more confident in their purchases.
