darkFlash's new A-pillar-less dual-view glass M-ATX chassis, “Mirror of the Island MOTI”, takes its name from the initials of "Mirror of the Island", an island that floats on the surface of a mirror, and with its full-transparency tempered glass and full-clip fixing design, the Mirror of the Island MOTI has a very simple and good-looking overall visual presentation. The overall visual presentation of MOTI is very simple and good-looking.
MOTI's maximum Micro-ATX motherboard size is 455.8 x 235 x 430 mm, which is slightly smaller in length and width compared to mainstream mid-tower chassis, and much lower in height, making it ideal for placement in limited height spaces, such as underneath a desktop or inside a cabinet.

∆ darkFlash Mirror Island MOTI Length, width and height: 455.8 x 235 x 430 mm.

∆ The front panel provides a clear and direct view of the rear PCIe baffle location.
The full-transparency tempered glass on the side allows for a complete view of the hardware exterior details, and the use of a bayonet and anti-fall groove for fastening makes the disassembly process more convenient and enjoyable without the need for screws.
The I/O ports are also located underneath the chassis' side panels, with one port for USB 3.0, one for USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C, and one for headphones/microphone.

∆ Fully transparent tempered glass.

∆ USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-CHeadphone/Microphone Jack、USB 3.0。
Kagoshima MOTI uses the current mainstream down-mounted power supply mounting structure, the advantage is that the power supply has a separate cooling duct and is not as wide as the dual-cabin chassis, and the rear of the chassis supports 12/14 cm fan mounting; it should also be able to support 120 mm water cooler exhaust, but 140 mm water cooler exhaust should be out of the question.

∆ 12 / 14 cm fan mounting position, 5 Slot removable baffle.
On the other side of the chassis is a steel side panel with large ventilation holes in the side fan mounting area to provide air intake, but this side panel design seems to be the same as the DLX4000?

∆ Steel side plate with two mesh air inlet blocks.
The cable depth at the back of the chassis is a bit shallow at around 2.2 cm, and the three pre-installed fans are all connected when the chassis is shipped from the factory, but if you have a certain degree of OCD, the author would recommend you to do the wiring on your own, but the wires are all whitened, which is a small detail that deserves some extra points.

∆ A view of the entire line space at the rear of the chassis.

∆The depth of the hidden thread is about 2.2 cm, which is a test of your threading skills.

The ∆ power compartment has a default cable depth of 280 mm.
There is a 2.5" HDD mounting plate behind the motherboard secured by a single turnbuckle screw, and a top and bottom HDD mounting bracket in front of the power compartment, with the bottom bunk being a pull-out 3.5" HDD mounting position, and the top bunk being a locking hole to support 2.5" / 3.5" HDD mounting, which means the entire chassis supports a maximum of one 2.5", one 3.5", and one composite mounting position.

∆ The 2.5" hard disk mounting plate behind the motherboard.

∆ Lay the HDD mounting bracket above and below where the accessory box is hidden.
The bottom of the chassis has large ventilation holes for the under-mounted power supply and a detachable dust filter to minimize dust intake, which can be removed after a period of computer use.

There are two mounting positions for the ∆ hard disk to be adjusted, but I think it is best to keep the default position.
The top cover of the plastic chassis is also equipped with holes for full accumulation of mesh to provide ample space for cooling. The top cover, which is secured by two screws at the rear, is equipped with a dust filter to minimize the entry of natural dust into the chassis, however, the dust filter cannot be removed individually and must be removed to clean the entire top cover.

∆ There is a dust filter at the bottom but it cannot be removed separately.

∆ Upper fan mounting positionThe locking holes are slightly outwardly shifted.。
Firepower display without dead angle darkFlash Mirror Island MOTI Chassis Core Hardware Installation Space
MOTI's most important product feature is the absence of an A-pillar chassis beam structure, when the chassis is placed on the desktop to display the internal computer hardware and models, the visual effect can be more complete and simple firepower display, and MOTI chassis structure has not been weakened because of the absence of this beam, the author actually pressed on the top of the chassis is still very stable.

∆ Above the power compartment supports three 12 cm and two 14 cm fan mounts with multiple cable routing holes.
The core hardware installation space only supports Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards, as well as 170 mm tall air-cooled towers and 390 mm long graphics cards. Micro-ATX is the most common specification for PCs with CP values, and with MOTI it's perfect for a desktop that's not too expensive.
The chassis comes with three pre-installed fans: a DM 12 Pro forward fan at the rear and two DM 12R Pro reverse fans on the sides, all of which are 120 x 120 x 25 mm in size and can reach speeds of up to 1600 RPM.

darkFlash and the sales channel Harajuku held a Kirishima MOTI chassis sales event, as long as the purchase of Kirishima MOTI will be given three additional DM 12R Pro reversing fans, gamers can be installed in the power pod with the fan's ARGB lighting effect, to help light up the interior of your chassis and graphics card!

Three DM 12R Pro Reversing Fans are included in the ∆ sale.

The ∆ DM 12R Pro offers daisy-chainable 4-Pin PWM and 5V 3-Pin ARGB.

∆ The accessory box clearly categorizes the screws. Good review, and there is a cleaning cloth to clean the glass panels regularly.

Conclusion
darkFlash's new Kirishima MOTI chassis is quite good in terms of appearance and display, abandoning the A-pillar chassis beams without lowering the strength of the chassis structure, and the chassis itself is not too expensive at $2500. With a Micro-ATX motherboard and 360 AIO water-cooled top-mounted installation, you can create a display of sufficient and good CP value! It is a desktop machine with good display and CP value.
Hardware compatibility is good enough for consumers and gamers alike, with support for up to 360 mm water coolers and up to nine 12 cm fan mounts, 170 mm air coolers, and 390 mm graphics card mounting space, all of which are compatible with today's flagship products.
